FK Korzo
FK Korzo ( mk, ФК Корзо) is a football (soccer), football club based in the city of Prilep, North Macedonia. They currently play in the Macedonian Municipal Football Leagues, OFS Prilep B league. History The club was founded in 1972. FK Korzo is short for the Prilep settlement Staro Korzo. The club was re-established in the summer of 2007. It went up two tiers in just two years and after winning the Macedonian Municipal Football Leagues, Regional A and B Leagues they qualified for the Macedonian Third League. In June 2012 after beating the guest Vardar Negotino with 5–1 Korzo qualified for the Macedonian Second League. Prilep
Prilep ( mk, Прилеп ) is the fourth-largest city in North Macedonia. It has a population of 66,246 and is known as "the city under Marko's Towers" because of its proximity to the towers of Prince Marko. Name The name of Prilep appeared first as ''Πρίλαπος''. The old fortress was attached to the rocky hilltop, and its name means “stuck” ''on the rocks'' in Old Church Slavonic. It was mentioned by John Skylitzes in relation with Samuel of Bulgaria, who died here in 1014. Macedonian Third League
The Macedonian Third League ( mk, Македонска Трета Лига - Makedonska Treta Liga) is the third highest football competition in North Macedonia. In 2019–20, the competition will be divided into five divisions named Third League - North (Трета Лига - Север), Third League - Center (Трета Лига - Центар), Third League - Southeast (Трета Лига - Југоисток), Third League - West (Трета Лига - Запад) and Third League - Southwest (Трета Лига-Југозапад).
