FC Porto Juniors
Futebol Clube do Porto "Juniors" ( pt, Juniores), commonly known as Porto Juniors, is the under-19 football team comprised in the youth department of Portuguese club FC Porto. Based in Olival and Crestuma, two local civil parishes part of the Vila Nova de Gaia municipality, they hold home matches at the club's training complex, CTFD PortoGaia. Domestically, Porto have won 23 Campeonato Nacional de Juniores titles. Internationally, they won the Blue Stars/FIFA Youth Cup in 2011 and the UEFA Youth League in 2019. In the latter, they became the first Portuguese club to conquer the competition and were also distinguished with the "UEFA's Best Educational Action" award. CTFD PortoGaia
The CTFD PortoGaia (Centro de Treinos e Formação Desportiva PortoGaia; English: PortoGaia Sports Training Center) is a football training complex located in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, that is used by the senior, reserve and youth teams of FC Porto. Designed by Portuguese architect Alcino Soutinho and inaugurated in the summer of 2002, the complex is property of the Vila Nova de Gaia municipality, with the official name CTFD Olival/Crestuma. It had a construction cost of €16 million but was leased to FC Porto for €500 a month for a period of 50 years. FC Porto B
Futebol Clube do Porto B, commonly known as Porto B, is a Portuguese professional football team, which serves as the reserve side of FC Porto. They compete in the Liga Portugal 2, the second division of Portuguese football, and play their home matches at the Estádio Municipal Jorge Sampaio in Pedroso, Vila Nova de Gaia. Domestically, Porto B were the first and currently, the only Portuguese reserve side to have won the second division title after a successful campaign in the 2015–16 season. Internationally, the team is the record holder of the Premier League International Cup after two consecutive wins in the 2016–17 and 2017–18 editions. 2015–16 UEFA Youth League
The 2015–16 UEFA Youth League was the third season of the UEFA Youth League, a European youth club football competition organised by UEFA. After a two-year trial period, the UEFA Youth League became a permanent UEFA competition starting from this season, with the tournament expanded from 32 to 64 teams. Overtime (sports)
Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same. In some sports, this extra period is played only if the game is required to have a clear winner, as in single-elimination tournaments where only one team or players can advance to the next round or win the tournament. FC Shakhtar Donetsk junior squads and academy are junior teams of Ukrainian professional football club Shakhtar Donetsk. There are two teams that participate in the junior championships of the Ukrainian Premier League. Four more teams participate in the Ukrainian Youth Football League. Brief history FC Shakhtar Donetsk has been fielding its reserve (junior) team since 1949 when the club returned to the Soviet top league (Pervaya Gruppa). In 1953 the club established its own training center in Kirsha. Since discontinuation of the Soviet Top League in 1991, Shakhtar reserve team was discontinued as well. The 2014–15 UEFA Youth League was the second season of the UEFA Youth League, a European youth club football competition organised by UEFA. It was contested by the under-19 youth teams of the 32 clubs qualified for the group stage of the 2014–15 UEFA Champions League.
