FC Olt Scornicești
Fotbal Club Olt Scornicești (), commonly known as FC Olt Scornicești, Olt Scornicești or simply as FC Olt, is a Romanian football club based in Scornicești, Olt County. Founded in 1972, it soon became one of the best teams from a rural area, also representing the home village of former dictator Nicolae Ceaușescu and arguably receiving "extra help" to reach Divizia A and remain there. After the Romanian Revolution the club was relegated by the Romanian Football Federation and struggled to stay solvent. FC Olt is currently playing in the Liga IV, Olt County series. Stadionul Viitorul (Scornicești)
Stadionul Viitorul is a multi-purpose stadium in Scornicești, Olt County, Romania. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of FC Olt Scornicești. It is the 24th stadium in the country by capacity. The stadium holds 13,500 people, the capacity being restricted from 18,000 due to advanced level of degradation. History The stadium was opened in 1975, with a capacity of 30,000 seats. Victoria București
Victoria București was a Romanian football club, dissolved right after the Romanian Revolution of 1989. History The club was sponsored by the Romanian Ministry of Internal Affairs (the "Miliția", Police). In 1985 Victoria played for the first time in the Romanian top division, becoming very fast one of the most important teams, behind Steaua and Dinamo București. Between 1986 and 1989 they finished every year in 3rd place. However, it was a well-known fact during that time that many victories were due to unfair influences over the referees, other teams' players and even officials. This is why in 1990, right after the Revolution, the team was dissolved by the Romanian Football Federation and the club literally disappeared. The team was founded in 1949, in the neighborhood of Obor, being the branch of Dinamo București and promoted to Division B in 1953 under the name of Dinamo 6. Florian Dumitrescu (born 27 October 1946) is a Romanian football forward. In the 1970–1971 European Cup, Dumitrescu scored UTA's decisive goal that eliminated Feyenoord who were European champions at that time. Marian Bondrea (born 2 November 1950) is a Romanian football manager and former footballer. His last managerial job was at Ceahlăul Piatra Neamț. Playing career Born in Craiova, Marian Bondrea started his career at Electroputere (1969–1970), in the second division, he went on to play for Universitatea Craiova in (1972), but has only played there three official matches, was sent back at Electroputere in (1973), before joining Şoimii Sibiu in (1974–1975). He returns to Electroputere in (1975–1976) until 1978, where he finishes his career. Florin Vașken Halagian (7 March 1939 – 12 August 2019) was a Romanian football player and manager of Armenian descent, hence the nickname ''Armeanul'' (The Armenian). He is the manager who has the most matches in Liga I with 878 games consisting of 432 victories, 176 draws and 270 losses. Liga IV Olt is the regional Liga IV football division for clubs in Olt County, România, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. It is organized by the County Football Association (Asociația Județeană de Fotbal) and is competed amongst 15 teams, the winner is promoted to Liga III after a promotion play-off. History In 1968, along with the territorial reorganization of the country, but also due to the large number of requests, Romanian Football Federation, FRF proposes a competitive system in which each county has its own football championship, which will activate the former teams in the regional championship as well as the racing and town championship teams from the previous edition.
