''Future'' is the ninth studio album of the music project Schiller created by the German electronic musician Christopher von Deylen. The album was released on . On this album Schiller has collaborated with the singers Kêta, Arlissa, Emma Hewitt, Samu Haber, Sheppard Solomon, Maggie Szabo, Cristina Scabbia and Tawgs Salter and with Sharon Stone, who wrote the lyrics of "For You". The album reached in its first week number 1 of the German albums chart. This is Schiller's fifth number-1-album in Germany. It was released in different editions, including the limited "Ultra Deluxe Edition". It's the first studio album of Schiller with a title in English language. The cover art work includes pictures by photographer Philip Glaser. On the Standard Edition was released on Spotify. The album is something of a departure from Schiller's previous body of work, with a somewhat harsher and colder sound and style, and with more focus on synth pop than ambient soundscapes. Schiller (band)
Schiller () is a German electronic music band that rose to fame in 1998 and is named after the German poet and dramatist Friedrich Schiller. Originally, it was a duo consisting of Christopher von Deylen () and Mirko von Schlieffen. Around 2001 or 2002, von Schlieffen left the band, leaving von Deylen the solo member. Schiller won the ECHO award in 2002 for the Best Dance Single of the Year with "Dream of You". Schiller has sold over 7 million albums worldwide. Christopher von Deylen does not provide any vocals for Schiller productions himself. Samu Haber
Samu Aleksi Haber (born 2 April 1976) is a Finnish singer, songwriter, television music competition judge, entrepreneur, and is the lead vocalist and frontman of pop-rock band Sunrise Avenue. Haber established a band Sunrise in 1992 with his friend Jan Hohenthal. Hohenthal left the band in 2002 as he wanted to focus on his solo career. In 2002 Haber changed the band name to Sunrise Avenue. Between 2002 and 2005 Haber visited 102 record companies and agents trying to find a label for Sunrise Avenue's music. The first album was made with financial help from Haber's friend Mikko Virtala, who sold his house to pay the studio costs. Haber is an Ice Hockey fanatic and his favourite team is Helsingfors IFK. Arlissa Ruppert (; born 21 September 1992), known professionally as Arlissa, is a German-born British singer and songwriter.
