Fu Xingguo
Fu Xingguo (; born November 1960) is a Chinese politician who served as director of the from 2016 to 2022. He was an alternate member of the 19th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Biography Fu was born in Ninghe County (now Ninghe District), Tianjin, in November 1960. He was a sent-down youth between July 1977 and November 1978. After graduating from Ninghe County Normal School in July 1980, he became a teacher at Renfeng Middle School (). In 1982, he entered Beijing Normal University, where he majored in education economics. Fu joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in January 1987. Starting in June 1989, he served in several posts in the , including director of General Affairs Division, director of Training Division, and director of the Civil Service Management Division. Ningxia (,; , ; alternately romanized as Ninghsia), officially the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region (NHAR), is an autonomous region in the northwest of the People's Republic of China. Xin Changxing (; born December 1963) is a Chinese politician and the current Communist Party Secretary of Qinghai. Previously he served as Governor of Qinghai and before that, Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Anhui. Xin is a lifelong civil servant. Biography Xin graduated from Qufu Normal University in 1983 with a degree in political science. In 1986, he obtained a master's degree in economics from the Huazhong Normal University.
