The multiple-camera setup, multiple-camera mode of production, multi-camera or simply multicam is a method of filmmaking and video production. Several cameras—either film or professional video cameras—are employed on the set and simultaneously record or broadcast a scene. It is often contrasted with a single-camera setup, which uses one camera. Description Generally, the two outer cameras shoot close-up shots or "crosses" of the two most active characters on the set at any given time, while the central camera or cameras shoot a wider master shot to capture the overall action and establish the geography of the room. In this way, multiple shots are obtained in a single take without having to start and stop the action. This is more efficient for programs that are to be shown a short time after being shot as it reduces the time spent in film or video editing. Renuka Shahane (born 7 October 1966) is an Indian actress working in the Bollywood film industry and in Indian television, best known as the co-presenter of the Doordarshan TV show ''Surabhi'' (1993–2001). Ashwini Ekbote
Ashwini Ekbote (22 March 1972 – 22 October 2016) was an Indian theatre and screen actress and a classical dancer. She began her acting career in the Marathi theatre. Anand Abhyankar
Anand Abhyankar (2 June 1963 – 24 December 2012) was an Indian Marathi film, television and theatre actor. He starred in films such as ''Spandan'' (2012), ''Balgandharva'' (2011), ''Matichya Chuli'' (2006), ''Vaastav'' (1999) and ''Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain''.
