Freddy Padilla De León
General Freddy José Padilla de León (; born 10 October 1948) is a retired General of the Army of Colombia and currently serves as Ambassador of Colombia to Austria and Permanent Representative to the United Nations Office at Vienna. Prior to this diplomatic post General Padilla served as the General Commander of the Armed Forces of Colombia from 2006 to 2010, and as such assumed the Ministry of National Defence ''ad interim'' in 2009. Ambassadorship As Ambassador to Austria, Gen. Padilla is also accredited as Resident Representative to the various United Nations programmes and agencies located at the United Nations Office at Vienna. Rosso José Serrano Cadena
Rosso is the major city of south-western Mauritania and capital of Trarza region. It is situated on the Senegal River at the head of the river zone allowing year-round navigation. The town is 204 km south of the capital Nouakchott. The Arabic name is Al-Quwarib. History Rosso was once the capital of the Emirate of Trarza, a Precolonial Sahrawi dominated state in Africa. Yukiya Amano
was a Japanese diplomat and the Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) (July 2009 – 2019). Amano previously served as an international civil servant for the United Nations and its subdivisions. Early life Amano was born in Yugawara, a small town in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan, in 1947. He started his studies at the University of Tokyo in 1968. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in April 1972. Yuri Fedotov
Yury Viktorovich Fedotov (russian: Юрий Викторович Федотов, 14 December 1947 – 16 June 2022) was a Russian diplomat. From 2010 to 2019 he served as executive director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) and director-general of the United Nations Office at Vienna (UNOV) with the rank of Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations, Under-Secretary-General, after having previously served as the Ambassador of Russia to the United Kingdom. Fedotov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1971. He has held many foreign service positions to the United Nations, UN and worked at Soviet Union, Soviet embassies in Algeria and India.
