Frank Gagliano
Francis Xavier Gagliano (born March 20, 1937), often referred to as Gags, is a longtime professional track and field coach. He currently coaches the New Jersey-New York Track Club. Personal Gagliano was born to parents Perry and Clara Gagliano and grew up on E238th St in the Bronx, NY where he attended Mount Saint Michael for high school. After graduation he would spend eight years as a reserve in the Marine Corps. Following college he played professionally in the Canadian Football League for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats and London Lords. Gags
A gag is usually an item or device designed to prevent speech, often as a restraint device to stop the subject from calling for help and keep its wearer silent. This is usually done by blocking the mouth, partially or completely, or attempting to prevent the tongue, lips, or jaw from moving in the normal patterns of speech. The more "effective" a gag appears to be, the more hazardous it is. For example duct tape is a fairly effective method of keeping a person's mouth shut but can be hazardous if the subject cannot breathe freely through the nose (for example if they have the common cold). For this reason, a gagged person should never be left alone. The use of gags is commonly depicted in soap operas and crime fiction, particularly in comics and novels. Erin Donohue
Erin Donohue (born May 8, 1983) is an American athlete who competes in middle-distance track events. Donohue qualified for the U.S. Olympic team at the 2008 Summer Olympics in the 1500 meters. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Donohue competed for Haddonfield Memorial High School in Haddonfield, New Jersey and the University of North Carolina in both middle-distance running events and the javelin throw. At the 2010 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Doha, she was sixth in the 1500 m final, running a season's best 4:09. Christopher Carl "Chris" Giesting (born December 10, 1992) is an American track and field sprinter who competes in the 400-meter dash. He was a gold medalist in the 4 × 400-meter relay at the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships. He ran collegiately for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and won one NCAA indoor title. Kyle Merber (born November 19, 1990) is a former American mid-distance runner who specialized in the mile and the 1500 metres.
