Francisco Castro (footballer, Born 1990)
Francisco Fernando Castro Gamboa (born 4 September 1990 in Talagante, Chile) is a Chilean footballer who plays for Deportes Iberia in the Segunda División Profesional de Chile as a winger. Career In 2009 Castro ascended to the first team of Cobreloa, after playing 4 years on the youth club. On August 11, 2010 he signed with Universidad de Chile with a free agent after leaving Cobreloa on his own, but after claims of the ANFP and Cobreloa the player didn't sign a contract with Universidad de Chile, and he returned to Cobreloa. On August 18, Castro finally signed with Universidad de Chile after negotiations with Cobreloa, acquiring the 65% of the player, on 250.000 US dollars. He scored his first goal with ''La U'' in a match against Unión San Felipe, for the 2011 Copa Chile. He was the top-scorer of ''La U'' in the 2011 Torneo de Clausura with 8 goals. Talagante
Talagante () is a commune and the capital city of the province of the same name in the Santiago Metropolitan Region of central Chile. The word ''Talagante'' in Quechua comes from ''talacanta'', meaning "Lazo de Hechicero", which was the proper name of the ''curaca'', or ruler, who dominated this central valley on behalf of the Inca empire during the arrival of the Spaniards. Unión San Felipe
Unión San Felipe is a Chilean Football club, their hometown is San Felipe in the V Región of Valparaíso. They play in the second level of the Chilean football league, the Primera B. They were the Copa Chile champions, and played the 2010 Copa Sudamericana. The club was founded on October 16, 1956 with the merger of ''Internacional'' and ''Tarcisio''. 2015 Copa Chile
The 2015 Copa Chile, (officially known as ''Copa Chile MTS 2015'' because of its sponsorship), was the 36th edition of the Copa Chile, the country's national cup tournament. The competition started on July 8, 2015 with the First Round and concluded on December 2, 2015 with the Final. The winner qualifies for the 2016 Copa Libertadores and the 2016 Supercopa de Chile. Copa Chile
The Copa Chile (''Chile Cup'') is an annual cup competition for Chilean football teams. Due to time constraints and club pressure, the trophy was cancelled in 2000, but returned in 2008. Its precursor was the Campeonato de Apertura (''Opening Championship''), played from 1933 to 1950. The cup is now open to every member club of the Chilean football league system, from professional teams; ( Primera División, Primera B & Segunda División), down to teams from the ANFA: Tercera División. Since the season 2009, the winners obtained a direct Copa Sudamericana spot for the next season, however this was change starting from the 2015 edition; since then the winners obtains a direct Copa Libertadores spot for the next season. The Supercopa de Chile (''Supercup of Chile'') is an annual one-match football (soccer), football official competition in Chile organised by the Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional (ANFP). This competition serves as the season opener and is played between the Chilean Primera División, Campeonato Nacional Champions and the winners of the Copa Chile of the previous season. The 2011 Copa Sudamericana de Clubes (officially the 2011 Copa Bridgestone Sudamericana de Clubes for sponsorship reasons) was the 10th edition of the Copa Sudamericana, South America's secondary international club football tournament organized by CONMEBOL. The winner, Universidad de Chile, qualified for the 2012 Copa Libertadores, the 2012 Recopa Sudamericana, and the 2012 Suruga Bank Championship. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana, named as ''Copa Sudamericana'' (; pt, Copa Sul-Americana ), is an annual international club football competition organized by CONMEBOL since 2002. It is the second-most prestigious club competition in South American football. CONCACAF clubs were invited between 2004 and 2008. The CONMEBOL Sudamericana began in 2002, replacing the separate competitions Copa Merconorte and Copa Mercosur (that had replaced Copa CONMEBOL) by a single competition. The 2011 Torneo Apertura or LXXXVIII Campeonato Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de la Primera División de Chile was the 88th season of Chilean Primera División.
