Fort LeBoeuf School District
The Fort LeBoeuf School District is a public school district serving parts of Erie County, Pennsylvania. It encompasses the communities Summit Township, Waterford, Waterford Township, LeBoeuf Township and Mill Village. It contains five schools: :Waterford Elementary :Robison Elementary :Mill Village Elementary :Fort LeBoeuf Middle :Fort LeBoeuf High School There are currently more than 600 students attending the high school. After the fifth grade, all students from Mill Village, Waterford and Robison Elementary join in the middle school. Then, they continue to the high school, which is next to the middle school. Erie County, Pennsylvania
Erie County is a county in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is the northernmost county in Pennsylvania. As of the 2020 census, the population was 270,876. Its county seat is Erie. The county was created in 1800 and later organized in 1803. Erie County comprises the Erie, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area. History Erie County was established on March 12, 1800 from part of Allegheny County, which absorbed the lands of the disputed Erie Triangle in 1792. Prior to 1792, the region was claimed by both New York and Pennsylvania and so no county demarcations were made until the federal government intervened. Brian Milne
Brian Fitzsimons Milne (born January 7, 1973) is a former American football fullback in the National Football League (NFL). Being drafted in the fourth round of the 1996 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He was placed on waivers before the season started, later to be claimed by the Cincinnati Bengals where he saw little action carrying the ball, logging only 125 yards and 4 touchdowns over 4 seasons in Cincinnati. He was then released by the Bengals and picked up by the Seattle Seahawks. He last played for the New Orleans Saints with whom he was a part of play in the 2000 wild card playoff game against the St. Louis Rams, in which Milne recovered the muffed punt off Az-Zahir Hakim with less than 2 minutes left to help the Saints record their first ever playoff win. The ''Erie Times-News'' is a daily morning newspaper in Erie, Pennsylvania. It has a daily circulation of about 47,385 and a Sunday circulation of about 58,378. The beginning The newspaper was founded as the ''Erie Daily Times'' on April 12, 1888, by nine printers involved in a labor dispute at another newspaper. They each invested $25 to establish the Times Publishing Company, which was initially located in a cellar at the corner of 9th Street and State Street. John J. Mead Sr., one of the founders, eventually bought out his partners. The Mead family headed the newspaper until August 2003.
