"Forever" is a song written by Mark Topham and Karl Twigg, and recorded by British singer Tina Cousins. It was released on 28 June 1999 as the third single from her debut album '' Killing Time''. In Australia, it was coupled with " Killin' Time" and became a top-20 hit, achieving gold shipment numbers. The single was originally announced as reaching number 45 in the UK Singles Chart; however, a technical error at the time meant sales from two major British music stores (Virgin Megastores and Our Price) were not counted, causing a new chart to be compiled. Tina Patricia Cousins (born 20 April 1974) is an English singer, songwriter and former model. She has had five singles in the Top 20 of the UK Singles Chart, both as a solo artist and in collaboration with others, including "Mysterious Times" with Sash!, which reached number 2 in the UK in 1998. She has also achieved popularity in several other countries, including four Top 30 hits in Sweden, six Top 30 hits in Australia and seven Top 20 hits in Finland. Our Price was a chain of record stores in the United Kingdom and Ireland from 1971 until 2004. History Founded in 1971 by Gary Nesbitt, Edward Stollins and Mike Isaacs, their first store was located in London's Finchley Road. Until 1976, the first six stores were branded ''The Tape Revolution'', by Bob Fowler of Fowler Coates Ltd and concentrated on selling the then-new compact cassette format and eight track tapes. From 1976, the chain was rebranded as Our Price Records, in response to higher demand for vinyl records over eight tracks or cassettes.
