Force Of July
The Outsiders are a superhero team appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. As their name suggests, the team consists of superheroes who do not fit the norms of the "mainstream" superhero community, i.e. the Justice League. The Outsiders have had a number of different incarnations. They were founded by Batman, whose ties to the League had become strained at the time, and introduced the now-classic line-up of Batman, Black Lightning, Metamorpho, Geo-Force, Katana (DC Comics), Katana, Halo (DC Comics), Halo and Looker (character), Looker. Convergence (comics)
"Convergence" is a weekly comic book storyline published by DC Comics that ran from April 2015 to May 2015. The series consists of an eponymous #0 issue, an eight-issue core miniseries, and 40 two-issue tie-in miniseries. "Convergence" continues from the weekly series '' Earth 2: World's End'' and '' The New 52: Futures End''. In the story, Brainiac collects cities and inhabitants from various timelines that have ended and traps them in domes on a planet outside of time and space. He then exposes the domes to one another to see how the characters interact. This event marks the return of DC characters and timelines from before the 2011 " Flashpoint" storyline that led to the creation of The New 52 Universe. Jerry Ordway
Jeremiah Ordway (born November 28, 1957) is an American writer, penciller, inker and painter of comic books. He is known for his inking work on a wide variety of DC Comics titles, including the continuity-redefining ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' (1985–1986), his long run working on the Superman titles from 1986 to 1993, and for writing and painting the Captain Marvel original graphic novel ''The Power of Shazam!'' (1994), and writing the ongoing monthly series from 1995 to 1999. Chuck Dixon
Charles Dixon (born April 14, 1954) is an American comic book writer, best known for his work on the Marvel Comics character the Punisher and on the DC Comics characters Batman, Nightwing, and Robin in the 1990s and early 2000s. Kevin Nowlan
Kevin Nowlan (born 1958) is an American comics artist who works as a penciler, inker, colorist, and letterer. He has been called "one of the few artists who can be called 'artists's artist'", a master of the various disciplines of comic production, from "design to draftsmanship to dramatics". Early life Nowlan was born in 1958 in Nebraska. He has four older brothers and sisters. His brother read comic books, particularly DC Comics titles, and Nowlan has had comics around him since he can remember. Adrienne Roy
Adrienne Roy (June 28, 1953 – December 14, 2010) was a comic book color artist who worked mostly for DC Comics. She was largely responsible for coloring the Batman line ('' Batman'' and '' Detective Comics'') throughout the 1980s and early 1990s. Biography Roy attended an art school in Wayne, New Jersey, where she studied painting techniques. Keith Giffen
Keith Ian Giffen (born November 30, 1952) is an American comics artist and writer. He is known for his work for DC Comics on their ''Legion of Super-Heroes'' and ''Justice League'' titles as well as for being the co-creator of Lobo. Biography Keith Giffen was born in Queens, New York. His first published work was "The Sword and The Star", a black-and-white text story featured in ''Marvel Preview'' #4 (Jan. 1976), with writer Bill Mantlo. Benedito José Nascimento (born February 3, 1968), better known as Joe Bennett, is a Brazilian comic book artist. Career Joe Bennett was born in Belém. Philip Tan
Philip Tan (born 1978) is a comic book writer/artist best known for his work on ''Spawn'', ''Uncanny X-Men'' and ''Iron Man''. Career Tan graduated at the University of Santo Tomas with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
