Forbidden Door (2022)
The 2022 Forbidden Door was the inaugural AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door, Forbidden Door professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event and Supercard, supershow co-produced by the American Professional wrestling promotion, promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and the Japan-based New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). It took place on June 26, 2022, at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, and was the first AEW/NJPW co-promoted event. It was the first professional wrestling pay-per-view held at this venue since Spring Stampede (2000), Spring Stampede in 2000 which was produced by World Championship Wrestling (WCW).
