"For What You Dream Of" is the debut single by English electronic music duo Bedrock featuring singer Carol Leeming, credited by her stage name KYO. It was originally released in 1993 through Stress Records (part of the DMC group), but was re-released in 1996 after being featured in the film ''Trainspotting'' and its soundtrack album, '' Trainspotting: Music from the Motion Picture''. Following its 1996 release, the song was a commercial success, staying at number one on the UK Dance Chart for two weeks, and additionally appearing on the country's national singles chart for three weeks, peaking at number 25. Bedrock (also known as John Digweed & Nick Muir) are a British electronic dance music duo comprising John Digweed and Nick Muir. Biography They produced the singles "For What You Dream Of" (1993, featured in ''Trainspotting''), "Set in Stone" / "Forbidden Zone" (1997), "Heaven Scent" (1999) (featured in the film ''Groove'') and "Voices" (2000), all of which reached the UK Singles Chart. More recently they released the ''Beautiful Strange'' EP in 2001, "Emerald" in 2002, "Forge" in 2003 and "Santiago" in 2005. They have also remixed the work of artists such as Humate, New Order, Way Out West, Evolution, Satoshi Tomiie, the Orb and Underworld. In 1999, the duo founded Bedrock Records. Sasha & John Digweed are a British DJ duo comprising Sasha and John Digweed. Digweed had been DJing for ten years before getting a gig at Renaissance where he met Sasha, who had been working the past few years in various acid house music clubs and raves. Together, they honed their DJ skills, focusing on track selection and technical mixing abilities. In 1994, they released the triple CD mix album '' Renaissance: The Mix Collection'' on Renaissance Records. It contained many popular dance hits of the time from artists such as Leftfield, Fluke, and 2 Bad Mice as well as original productions and remixes from themselves. The Official Charts (legal name: The Official UK Charts Company Limited) is a British inter-professional organization that compiles various "official" record charts in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France. Staxx of Joy were a British house music studio project assembled by producers Simon Thorne and Tom Jones.
