Florida's 2nd House Of Representatives District
Florida's 2nd House District elects one member of the Florida House of Representatives. The district is represented by Alex Andrade. This district is located in the Florida Panhandle and encompasses part of the Emerald Coast. The district covers the southern portion of Escambia County and a small part of Santa Rosa County. The district is anchored on Pensacola, its largest city, and contains part of its metropolitan area. As of the 2010 Census, the district's population is 155,932. This district contains Naval Air Station Pensacola and Pensacola International Airport. The district also contains Pensacola State College and Pensacola Christian College, both located in Pensacola. There was a vacancy between March 13, 2013 and March 4, 2014 due to the death of incumbent Clay Ford. Alex Andrade (politician)
Robert Alexander Andrade (born July 22, 1989) is a Republican member of the Florida Legislature representing the state's 2nd House district, which includes parts of Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. Education Andrade attended St. Thomas Aquinas High School. After high school, Andrade graduated in 2011 from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising from the College of Journalism and Communications. While at the University of Florida, Andrade competed with the UF Trial Team. In 2014, he was inducted into the University of Florida Hall of Fame. Florida's 1st congressional district is a congressional district in the U.S. state of Florida, covering the state's western Panhandle. It includes all of Escambia, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Walton counties and portions of Holmes county. The district is anchored in Pensacola and also includes the large military bedroom communities and tourist destinations of Navarre and Fort Walton Beach and stretches along the Emerald Coast. Frank White (born September 20, 1978) is an American attorney and politician who served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2016 until 2018. Clay Ingram
Clay Ingram (born February 5, 1978) is a Republican politician from Florida. He served in the Florida House of Representatives from 2010 to 2018, representing parts of Escambia County. History Ingram was born in Pensacola, Florida. Dave Murzin (born December 24, 1963) is a realtor and former Republican Party (United States), Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky. Biography Murzin's father, a retired Navy captain and dentist, moved the family to Pensacola, Florida, Pensacola in 1978. Jerry Maygarden
Jerry Louis Maygarden (born December 22, 1948) is a former American politician who served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 1994 to 2002. A member of the Republican Party, he previously served as the 55th Mayor of Pensacola from 1991 to 1994.
