Marquel Fleetwood (born January 23, 1970) is a former American football quarterback who played four seasons in the Canadian Football League (CFL) with the Ottawa Rough Riders, Toronto Argonauts and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He played college football at the University of Minnesota. He was also a member of the Frankfurt Galaxy of the World League of American Football (WLAF). Victoria Fleetwood (born 13 April 1990) is a rugby union player and personal trainer. She represented at the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup and the 2017 Women's Rugby World Cup. International career Fleetwood made her England debut in 2011. She made six appearances in the 2014 Women's Rugby World Cup, which England won. In 2017 she made three appearances for England at the Women's Rugby World Cup, including in the final which England lost to New Zealand.
