Henrik Fisker (admiral)
Henrik Lorentz Fisker (4 January 1720 20 June 1797) was a successful naval officer in the service of Denmark. He was the son of an attorney at the supreme court, and deputy mayor of Copenhagen. From the age of thirteen as a cadet in the Danish-Norwegian navy, he rose through the ranks to vice admiral in 1775 and full admiral in 1790. He died 20 June 1797 and was buried in the Holmens Kirkegård, the Danish naval cemetery, in Copenhagen. Early career As a junior lieutenant, Fisker saw service in the British navy from 1739 to 1742, and again as a senior lieutenant from 1744 to 1746. Kasper Fisker
Kasper Fisker Jensen (; born 22 May 1988) is a Danish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Predominantly a central midfielder, Fisker started his career at local Superliga-side Randers FC before spending two seasons at Skive IK, first on loan and since on a permanent deal. He signed for Hobro IK in 2009, where he helped the team reach successive promotions from the third to the first tier while establishing himself as one of the best midfielders in the Danish 1st Division, which resulted in him winning 1st Division Player of the Year in 2013. Kay Otto Fisker, Hon. FAIA (14 February 1893 – 21 June 1965) was a Danish architect, designer and educator. He is mostly known for his many housing projects, mainly in the Copenhagen area, and is considered a leading exponent of Danish Functionalism. Education and career Kay Fisker was born on 14 February 1893 in Frederiksberg, Copenhagen. Maria Fisker Stokholm (born 3 October 1990) is a Danish handball player for Viborg HK and the Danish national team. Nimbus (motorcycle)
The Nimbus was a Danish motorcycle produced from 1919 to 1960 by Fisker and Nielsen of Copenhagen, Denmark, also manufacturers of "Nilfisk" brand vacuum cleaners (now Nilfisk). Two basic models were produced, both with a 750 cc four-cylinder engine. History In partnership with H.M. Nielsen, Peder Andersen Fisker produced electric motors and, from around 1910, the first vacuum cleaners in Europe. Fisker believed he could develop a motorcycle that had its own form, and in late 1918 decided to construct a prototype to his own design. Sisse Fisker (born 8 August 1976) is a Danish television presenter. From January 2007 to December 2014, she was a presenter at DR's daily news program, ''Aftenshowet'' on DR1, and she has been attending the "Healthy" exercise and health programs.
