Fat Kwong Street
Fat Kwong Street () is a street in Ho Man Tin and Hung Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong. History Fat Kwong Street was originally a short street in Hung Hom. In 1967, the government proposed to build a new road link between Hung Hom and Mong Kok via Ho Man Tin, by connecting Fat Kwong Street to . To facilitate this scheme, a flyover was built over Princess Margaret Road at a cost of around HK$2.1 million, which was completed in 1970. The new road link was constructed, in part, to serve major government housing developments in the No. 12 Hill and Quarry Hill areas, including Oi Man Estate and Ho Man Tin Estate Ho Man Tin Estate () is a public housing estate in Quarry Hill, Kowloon City District, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Tai Wan Road
Tai Wan Road () is a road in Tai Wan, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It starts from Ma Tau Wai Road to Dyer Avenue. Name and history Since 2 June 1922, the official Chinese name was 大灣道, but it was mistaken as 大環道 on road signs and people got used to the wrong name even since. On 23 December 2005, the Hong Kong Government announced that the road will be split into two different roads and the new names will be Tai Wan Road () and Tai Wan Road East (). Ho Man Tin
Ho Man Tin is a mostly residential area in Kowloon, Hong Kong, part of the Kowloon City District. History Section of lists of villages in the book ' (literally ''The History of Xin'an County'') published in twenty fourth year of Jiaqing era (A.D. 1819) did not have any record of Ho Man Tin. The original Ho Man Tin was quite different from today's Ho Man Tin. It was located in the heart of nowaday Mong Kok. With cultivated lands, it was surrounded in the north by Argyle Street, west by Coronation Road (present-day Nathan Road), and east by Quarry Hill, No. 12 Hill and Tai Shek Kwu (present-day Kadoorie Hill). Hung Hom
Hung Hom () is an area in the southeast of Kowloon Peninsula, Hong Kong. Including the area of Whampoa, Tai Wan, Hok Yuen, Lo Lung Hang and No. 12 Hill are administratively part of the Kowloon City District, with a portion west of Hung Hom Bay in the Yau Tsim Mong District. Princess Margaret Road (; lit. "Princess Road") is a road in Kowloon, Hong Kong, forming a part of Route 1. Originally called Nairn Road () with the English name after a town in Scotland and the Chinese name after the nanmu trees that grew there, the road was renamed to commemorate the 1966 visit to Hong Kong of Princess Margaret, Countess of Snowdon. Oi Man Estate () is a public housing estate in No. 12 Hill, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is the largest public housing estate in Kowloon City District and has a total of 12 residential blocks which were completed between 1974 and 1975. Chatham Road North
Chatham Road South and Chatham Road North are two continuous roads spanning from Tsim Sha Tsui to Hung Hom in Kowloon, Hong Kong.
