Faithful In My Fashion
''Faithful in My Fashion'' is a 1946 American comedy film directed by Sidney Salkow and starring Donna Reed, Tom Drake and Edward Everett Horton. Plot Jeff (Tom Drake) arrives home to New York City after being away in the Army for several years. Unaware that his fiancée, Jean (Donna Reed), is now dating a man (Warner Anderson) at the department store where she works, Jeff assumes she is still intends to marry him. In order to save Jeff from heartache, several employees at Jean's store set up a ruse to keep Jeff unaware of Jean's new man until he is deployed again. Jean cooperates with the ruse, but it is not long before secrets are revealed. Phyllis Kennedy (June 16, 1914 – December 29, 1998) was an American film actress. Early life She was born on June 16, 1914 in Detroit, Michigan. Following her high school graduation in 1932, she got employment as a clothes model in a local department store. During her modeling period, one of her friends recommended that she try her hand at acting. She began her acting career on the New York stage in a small role in a 1935 production of ''Jane Eyre''. Soon, she decided to try her hand in the film industry. Around 1935, she broke her back while dancing in a show in Denver and was told she would never dance again. Wilson Wood (actor)
Wilson Wood (born Charles Woodrow Tolkien, February 11, 1915 – October 23, 2004) was an American character actor during the middle of the twentieth century. Born in Huron, North Dakota on February 11, 1915, he made his film debut with a small role in 1946's '' Two Sisters from Boston'', directed by Henry Koster. During his 17-year career he would appear in over 100 films, usually in smaller roles. In 1952 he would star in a serial for Republic Pictures. The 12 part series was titled, ''Zombies of the Stratosphere'', which would be edited down and released in 1958 as a feature film, called ''Satan's Satellites''. His final appearance would be in the 1962 film, ''Jumbo'', starring Doris Day, Stephen Boyd and Jimmy Durante, in which Wood had a featured role. Wood died on October 23, 2004, in Culver City, California.
