Seefeld In Tirol
Seefeld in Tirol is an old farming village, now a major tourist resort, in Innsbruck-Land District in the Austrian state of Tyrol (state), Tyrol with a local population of 3,312 (as of 1 January 2013). The village is located about northwest of Innsbruck on a plateau between the Wetterstein mountains and the Karwendel on a historic road from Mittenwald to Innsbruck that has been important since the Middle Ages. Julia Kern (born September 12, 1997) is an American cross-country skier. Career Julia Kern was born in Berkeley, California and grew up in Waltham, Massachusetts. Kern participated in three consecutive Junior World Championships between 2015 and 2017. Individually, a 9th place in the sprint classic at the 2017 Junior World Championships in Soldier Hollow was her best result. She won a bronze medal as part of the American 4 × 3.33 km relay team. As a senior, Julia Kern debuted in the World Cup in the 2016–17 season.
