The men's team sprint took place on 23 February 2007. Team sprint qualifying at 16:20 CET and finals at 17:20 CET. The defending world champions were Norway's Tore Ruud Hofstad and Tor Arne Hetland. Sapporo Dome
is a stadium located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan, and is primarily used for baseball and association football. It is the home field of the association football club Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo, and was also home to the baseball team Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters through the 2022 Nippon Professional Baseball season. Peter Larsson (born November 10, 1978, in Luleå, Norrbotten) is a Sweden, Swedish cross-country skiing (sport), cross-country skier who has competed since 2000. He has six World Cup victories from 2002 to 2007, all in sprint events. At the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, Larsson finished 13th in the Cross-country skiing at the 2006 Winter Olympics – Men's sprint, sprint event. Ben Sim (born 30 July 1985 in Cooma, New South Wales) is an Australian cross-country skier who has competed since 2002. At the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, he finished 20th in the team sprint, 45th in the 15 km, and 47th in the 15 km + 15 km double pursuit event. Sim's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was 14th twice (Team sprint: 2007, 4 x 10 km: 2009).
