Tzeirei Rahat ( he, מועדון צעירי רהט), ( ar, نادي شباب رهط الرياضي) is an Israeli football club based in the Bedouin city of Rahat. The club is currently in Liga Bet South B division. History The club was founded in 1996 and started at Liga Gimel, the fifth and lowest tier of Israeli football (the sixth from 1999 to 2009). In the 1999–2000 season, Tzeirei Rahat finished runners-up in Liga Gimel South division, after local rivals, Hapoel Rahat,Israel Sixth Level 1999/2000

Rahat
Rahat ( ar, رهط, he, רַהַט) is a predominantly Bedouin city in the Southern District (Israel), Southern District of Israel. In it had a population of . As such, it is the largest Bedouin city in the world, and the only one in Israel to have city council (Israel), city status. Rahat is one of seven Bedouin townships in the Negev desert with approved plans and developed infrastructure. The other six are Hura, Tel as-Sabi (Tel Sheva), Ar'arat an-Naqab (Ar'ara BaNegev), Lakiya, Kuseife (Kseife) and Shaqib al-Salam (Segev Shalom). History The region of the city was formerly owned by Tiyaha bedouin, Al-Tayaha tribe (Al-Hezeel clan). Until the year 1972 the town was called "El Huzaiyil" ( ar, الهزيل) before changing its name. 2006–07 Liga Bet
The 2006–07 Liga Bet season saw Beitar Ihud Mashhad (champions of the North A division), Ironi Sayid Umm al-Fahm (champions of the North B division), Maccabi Ironi Kfar Yona (champions of the South A division) and Maccabi Ironi Netivot (champions of the South B division) winning the title and promotion to Liga Alef. The runners-up in each division entered a promotion/relegation play-offs with the clubs ranked 12th in Liga Alef. In the north section, Ironi Tiberias (from North B division) won the play-offs and was promoted. In the south section, Hapoel Tzafririm Holon from Liga Alef won over both runners-up and remained in Liga Alef.
