F.C. Sporting Neapolis Mugnano
F.C. Neapolis was an Italian association football club located in Mugnano di Napoli, Campania. It last played in Serie D. History Sporting Neapolis in Serie C2 In 2006 after the bankruptcy of F.C. Sangiuseppese, Mario Moxedano and Ezio Bouchè acquired its sport title founding Football Club Neapolis and then Football Club Sporting Neapolis, moving to Naples (training at Sant'Antimo). But the new name not was recognized by Lega Calcio Serie C and many of the former Sangiuseppese players remained at the club. Neapolis were successful in the 2006–07 season, they achieved promotion from Serie D after beating out competition from Angri and Siracusa. For the next season, the club has played in Serie C2 and shared the Stadio Arturo Collana in the Vomero area of Naples with Internapoli Camaldoli. The 2010–11 Lega Pro Seconda Divisione season was the thirty-third football league season of Italian Lega Pro Seconda Divisione since its establishment in 1978, and the third since the renaming from Serie C to Lega Pro. It was divided into two phases: the regular season, and the playoff phase. The league is usually composed of 54 teams divided into three divisions of 18 teams each. This year, only 49 teams met the financial criteria of the league. They will be divided geographically into three divisions of 17, 16 and 16 teams. Teams will play only other teams in their own division, once at home and once away. The 17-team division teams will play 32 matches each, while the 16-team division teams will play 30 matches each. The Promozione (, "promotion") is the sixth level in the Italian football league system. Each individual league winner within the Promozione level progresses to their closest regional league in the Eccellenza level. Depending on each league's local rules, a number of teams each year are relegated from each league, to the 7th level of Italian football, the Prima Categoria. This level of Italian football is completely amateur and is run on a regional level. Eccellenza Campania is the regional Eccellenza football league for clubs in the Southern Italian region of Campania, Italy.
