Ezequiel Enrique Carrasco Ayala (born September 11, 2002) is a Canadian soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Unionville Milliken SC in League1 Ontario. Early life Carrasco played youth soccer with Kleinburg Nobleton SC and spent time training with Chilean club Everton de Viña del Mar. Playing career In March 2020, Carrasco went on trial with Canadian Premier League side York9 FC and participated their preseason training camp in Florida. In July 2020, he signed his first professional contract with the club ahead of the delayed 2020 season, at the age of seventeen. On August 29, 2020, he made his professional debut as a starter against HFX Wanderers FC after an injury to first-choice keeper Nathan Ingham. In November 2020, his option for the following season was declined by York. In 2021, he began playing college soccer with Humber College. 2023 League1 Ontario Season
The 2023 Men's League1 Ontario season was the ninth of League1 Ontario, a Division 3 men's soccer league in the Canadian soccer pyramid and the highest level of soccer based in the Canadian province of Ontario. Following the 2023 season, the league will split into three divisions with promotion and relegation between them. Simcoe County Rovers FC were the league champions, having defeated Scrosoppi FC in the final to capture their first title. Clubs With the exception of Pickering FC, 21 of the 22 clubs that took part in the 2022 season participated in 2023. Because of the format changes planned for the following year, the league imposed a one-year moratorium on any new teams joining the league. Nathan Ingham
Nathan Ingham (born 27 June 1993) is a Canadian professional soccer player who plays as a goalkeeper for Atlético Ottawa. Club career Early career Ingham began studying at the Florida Gulf Coast University in 2011, having graduated from Keswick High School in Ontario, Canada. He was named team captain during his sophomore, junior and senior years at Keswick, where he earned multiple MVP awards. He also captained the school's volleyball team and won bronze and gold medals in his sophomore and senior years respectively in regional high-jump. In 2011, Ingham kept one clean sheet in 8 games and was named A-Sun Tournament MVP. Ingham played every game for the Eagles in 2012, recording a program-record nine shutouts.
