''Eye Drops'' is a television program on TechTV that showcased short computer animation movies and clips made using off the shelf 3D animation software. The show claimed to showcase all different types of animation, but only a very small number of shorts featured non-CG animation. TechTV is a defunct 24-hour cable and satellite channel based in San Francisco featuring news and shows about computers, technology, and the Internet. In 2004, it merged with the G4 gaming channel which ultimately dissolved TechTV programming. At the height of its six-year run, TechTV was broadcast in 70 countries, reached 43 million households, and claimed 1.9 million unique visitors monthly to its website. A focus on personality-driven product reviews and technical support made it a cultural hub for technology information worldwide, still existing today online through its former hosts' webcasts, most notably the TWiT Network. ''Exposure'' is a Short subject, short-film oriented Science fiction on television, science-fiction anthology series that aired on the Syfy, Sci-Fi Channel between the years of 2000 and 2002. The series showcased the short sci-fi films of both unknown and known (Tim Burton, George Lucas, and Kevin Smith) filmmakers, giving rise to the channel's own Exposure Studios. Hosted by actress Lisa Marie (actress), Lisa Marie, the films presented a wide range of science fiction subject matter. The series received poor ratings and was canceled in the fall of 2002. The series was originally shown on Sundays at 10:00pm North American Eastern Time Zone, EST and was repeated the following Saturday at 2:00am EST, later on the time was changed to 11:00pm EST and still repeated the following Saturday well after Midnight, which probably is a major reason for the poor ratings this show received. It was inaugurated and started in 2013 through online uploading of six titles, on May 21 for a short period, which three of them has been greenlit for a TV series at the start of the program. ''Too Cool! Cartoons'' is a series of adult animated shorts on the YouTube channel Cartoon Hangover. It was created by Fred Seibert and produced by Frederator Studios. The series premiered on April 4, 2013, with the short ''Our New Electrical Morals''. It was planned to feature 39 shorts but ended up releasing only 11 shorts. ''Too Cool! Cartoons'' is Frederator's fifth cartoon "incubator" series over the past 21 years, featuring unique voices in short animated films, meant to introduce original characters and animation creators. The series is presented without explanation or narration as a showcase of surreal footage arranged around a single loose theme (expressed in the episode title) and blended without pause into a single continuous presentation. ''The Cartoonstitute'' was a planned Cartoon Network project created by Cartoon Network's executive Rob Sorcher that would have been a showcase for animated shorts created without the interference of network executives and focus testing. It was headed by Craig McCracken (creator of ''The Powerpuff Girls'', ''Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends'', ''Wander Over Yonder'' and ''Kid Cosmic'') and Rob Renzetti (creator of ''My Life as a Teenage Robot''). 39 shorts for the project were in development at Cartoon Network Studios, but only 14 of these were completed. Cartoons'', it was created by Fred Seibert and produced by Frederator Incorporated and Nickelodeon Animation Studio. It premiered on December 6, 2008, and ended on December 20, 2009. Production Creator Fred Seibert ordered 13 half-hour episodes (39 7-minute segments) for the series, which was originally announced in 2005 as the fourth season of ''Oh Yeah! Cartoons''. Production on the series started in 2005 and ended in 2007. Originally slated to air on Nickelodeon by the end of 2007, it was later halted for release in 2008 on the separate Nicktoons Network channel. ''Shorty McShorts' Shorts'' was an American animated anthology series, which consisted of 4-/5-minute shorts. It aired from July 28, 2006, to May 25, 2007. Summary The host of the show is Shorty McShorts. His name is often shortened to "Shorty" or "SMS", which appears on the hat that he wears. He also wears blue shorts and is the train conductor for his own Short Line. He appeared in advertisements for the show and in the introduction and conclusion of each short where he also does not appear in any of the shorts. The show takes the form of a Saturday morning cartoon as the shorts that are shown could very well be installments of their own miniseries.
