This is a list of the main career statistics of former Australian tennis player Evonne Goolagong Cawley. During her career, which lasted from 1967 to 1983, Goolagong won seven singles titles at a Grand Slam event and was a runner-up in 11 occasions. In addition, she won five Grand Slam doubles titles, partnering Margaret Court, Peggy Michel and Helen Gourlay, as well as one mixed doubles title with Kim Warwick. Christine Marie Evert (born December 21, 1954), known as Chris Evert Lloyd from 1979 to 1987, is an American former world No. 1 tennis player. Evert won 18 major singles titles, including a record seven French Open titles and a joint-record six US Open titles (tied with Serena Williams). She was ranked world No. 1 for 260 weeks, and was the year-end world No. 1 singles player seven times (1974–78, 1980, 1981). The US Open Tennis Championships is a hardcourt tennis tournament held annually in Queens, New York. 1972 Wimbledon Championships
The 1972 Wimbledon Championships was a tennis tournament that took place on the outdoor grass courts at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in Wimbledon, London, United Kingdom. The tournament was scheduled to be held from Monday 26 June until Saturday 8 July 1972 but rain on the final Saturday meant that the men's singles, women's doubles and mixed doubles finals were played on Sunday 9 July. Billie Jean King (née Moffitt; born November 22, 1943) is an American former world No. 1 tennis player. King won 39 major titles: 12 in singles, 16 in women's doubles, and 11 in mixed doubles.
