Everyday (Winner Album)
''Everyday'', stylized as ''EVERYD4Y'', is the second studio album of South Korean group Winner, released four years after their debut album, ''2014 S/S'', in 2014. This is the first studio album of Winner after the departure of Nam Tae-hyun. The album was released on April 4, 2018, by the group's record label, YG Entertainment. Like previous albums, the members were credited for writing the lyrics and composing the majority of the album's songs. The album is available in two different designs, Day and Night versions. The Day version has a clean silver background with Winner's "W" mark and the stylized title of the album, while the Night version has a black background with a black and white group photo of Winner sitting on a couch. Composition The members produced the majority of the music for this album themselves, with the help of other in-house producers such as Airplay, Millenium, Future Bounce, and others. Winner (; romanized: ''wineo''; stylized in all caps), is a South Korean boy band consisting of four members: Jinu, Hoony, Mino and Seungyoon. The band was formed in 2013 by YG Entertainment through Mnet's survival program ''WIN: Who Is Next'' leading to their official debut on August 17, 2014, with studio album '' 2014 S/S''. Originally a five-piece band, Taehyun, departed from the group in November 2016 for his mental health and well-being. Upon their debut, ''The Korea Herald'' cited their immediate success as "unprecedented" for a new group, thus dubbed as "Monster rookies". Winner is often cited as a "self-producing" band with all members actively taking on roles from producing and choreographing to designing and marketing. The Circle Album Chart, previously known as the Gaon Album Chart, is a record chart ranking the 100 most popular albums, extended plays and single albums in South Korea based on their Record sales, pure sales. It is a part of the Circle Chart, previously known as the Gaon Chart. It compiles shipments in weekly, monthly and year-end format with detailed album sales.
