Evanescence Tour
The Evanescence Tour was the third worldwide concert tour by American rock music, rock band Evanescence. Staged in support of their Evanescence (Evanescence album), eponymous third studio album and comprising a set list of songs from that and their two previous albums, ''Fallen (Evanescence album), Fallen'' (2003) and ''The Open Door'' (2006), the tour began in August 2011 and ended in November 2012. It received mixed reviews by music critics who generally praised Lee's vocals and the performance of the other members of the band, but criticized their lack of interaction with the audience. Background During an interview with MTV News in July, Lee revealed the tour in support of their third studio album will start in August, 2011 with a concert in Nashville, Tennessee. Evanescence is an American rock band founded in Little Rock, Arkansas in 1995 by singer and musician Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. After recording independent EPs as a duo in the late 90's, and a demo CD, Evanescence released their debut studio album, ''Fallen'', on Wind-up Records in 2003. Propelled by the success of hit singles "Bring Me to Life" and "My Immortal", ''Fallen'' sold more than four million copies in the US by January 2004, garnering the band two Grammy Awards out of six nominations. Rock On The Range
Rock on the Range was an annual rock festival that was held at two locations. The first and main location was in Columbus, Ohio, United States at Mapfre Stadium (originally Columbus Crew Stadium; renamed in 2015) from 2007 to 2018, while the other was in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada at the Canad Inns Stadium from 2009 to 2011. Rock on the Range debuted in Columbus on May 19, 2007, and in Winnipeg on June 27, 2009. The Columbus festival was always held in May, while the Winnipeg festival was pushed back to August in 2010. Electric Touch is an American rock band, consisting of Shane Lawlor on lead vocals/guitar/piano, Louis Messina Jr. on drums, Christopher Leigh on lead guitar/vocals, Portland Musser on bass, and Isaac Strycker on keys/vocals. They have performed with popular acts Heart, Weezer, Evanescence, Foo Fighters, The Cars, Rival Sons, Hot Chelle Rae, The Bravery, Peelander-Z, Paramore, The Airborne Toxic Event, Bon Jovi, and Our Lady Peace, among others. Catchiness is how easy it is for a song, tune, or phrase to be recalled.
