Euphoric (album)
''Euphoric'' is the third studio album by English singer-songwriter Georgia, released on 28 July 2023 through Domino Recording Company. It was produced by Rostam Batmanglij, and preceded by the singles "It's Euphoric", "Give It Up for Love" and "All Night". Background and recording Georgia described the album as a surrender "to my issues, to my past, to my flaws and to the healing process". Producer Rostam Batmanglij contacted her to tell her he found her voice "incredible" after hearing her collaboration with Mura Masa on 2020's "Live Like We're Dancing", and when Georgia was in Los Angeles for a show, she contacted him. By the end of the next day, the pair had finished recording the lead single, "It's Euphoric". Critical reception ''Euphoric'' received a score of 75 out of 100 on review aggregator Metacritic based on nine critics' reviews, indicating "generally favorable" reception. Georgia (musician)
Georgia Rose Harriet Barnes (born 6 February 1990), known mononymously as Georgia, is an English record producer, songwriter, singer, rapper and drummer. The daughter of Leftfield cofounder Neil Barnes, Georgia began her music career as a drummer for artists such as Kwes and Kae Tempest. She began her career as a singer and record producer with the release of her debut studio album ''Georgia'' (2015). Her second studio album '' Seeking Thrills'' was released in January 2020. Georgia is signed to the label Domino. In 2018 she released the song "Started Out". Daniel De Mussenden Carey (born 24 December 1969) is an English record producer, songwriter, mixer and remixer. He owns his own studio in South London and runs the record label Speedy Wunderground. In 2014, Carey received two Mercury Prize nominations for his production work on two nominated albums: ''Everybody Down'' by Kae Tempest and '' First Mind'' by Nick Mulvey. Justin Parker is an English songwriter and record producer best known for his work with female singer-songwriters such as Lana Del Rey, Bat for Lashes, and Banks. Career Parker began writing music when he was 17, but his career breakthrough came when he started working with Lana Del Rey in February 2011. The Rudolph Wurlitzer Company, usually referred to as simply Wurlitzer, is an American company started in Cincinnati in 1853 by German immigrant (Franz) Rudolph Wurlitzer. The company initially imported stringed, woodwind and brass instruments from Germany for resale in the United States. Wurlitzer enjoyed initial success, largely due to defense contracts to provide musical instruments to the U.S. military. In 1880, the company began manufacturing pianos and eventually relocated to North Tonawanda, New York.
