Eunos Crescent Football Club is a Singaporean association football club based in Eunos, Singapore, that competes in the Singapore National Football League. History The club was established in 1975. In 2006 they won Division Two of the National Football League, and were promoted to Division One. In 2016 they won Division One. In 2017, the club agreed a partnership with Dutch club VVV-Venlo, adopting training methods used by Venlo and sending youth players to train in the Netherlands. The Singapore Football League (SFL) is a semi-professional association football, football tournament for clubs that are affiliated to the Football Association of Singapore. Eunos, Singapore
Geylang East, more commonly known as Eunos, is a subzone located in Geylang in the Central Region of Singapore. The vicinity is served by both Paya Lebar and Eunos MRT stations. "Eunos" is also the name given to a street called which spans the area. Etymology and History The settlement was originally named Kampong Melayu, a large Malay village that used to include Kampong Ubi and Kaki Bukit areas. The Singapore Premier League, commonly abbreviated as SPL, officially known as the AIA Singapore Premier League for sponsorship reasons, is a men's professional football league sanctioned by the Football Association of Singapore (FAS), which represents the sport's highest level in the Singapore football league system. Goh Swee Swee (; born 1 June 1986) is a Singaporean footballer who plays for Hougang United in the S-League. Club career Goh started his S-league career with Gombak United but only played 1 game for the Bulls before joining Home United in 2007. At that time, the Protectors offered him a S.League contract while he was still on a Prime League contract with Gombak. Indra Sahdan bin Daud (born 5 March 1979) is a former Singapore international footballer who played as a forward.
