Eugenio Galvalisi
Eugenio Galvalisi (15 November 1915 – 9 December 2000) was a Uruguayan association football, footballer. He played in four matches for the Uruguay national football team from 1935 to 1937. He was also part of Uruguay's squad for the 1937 South American Championship. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders. The fourteenth edition of the South American Championship of football was held in Buenos Aires, Argentina from 27 December 1936 to 1 February 1937. The participating countries were Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay thus making this the first edition in which more than five teams took part of the event.
