Etna Comics
Etna Comics – International Festival of Comics, Games and Pop Culture (Italian language, Italian: ''Etna Comics – Festival Internazionale del Fumetto, del Gioco e della Cultura Pop'') is an annual convention held in Catania, Sicily at the beginning of June. The venue is ''The Ciminiere'' convention center (Italian: ''Centro Fieristico Le Ciminiere''). As its name suggests, the festival focuses on comics, animated cartoon, cartoons, gaming (other), gaming and pop culture in general. The name ''Etna Comics'' refers to Mount Etna, the volcano rising behind the city of Catania. With its 100,000 visitors it is one of the largest comic convention, comic festivals in Italy, especially in the Southern Italy, South. Cosplay
Cosplay, a portmanteau of "costume play", is an activity and performance art in which participants called cosplayers wear costumes and fashion accessories to represent a specific character. Cosplayers often interact to create a subculture, and a broader use of the term "cosplay" applies to any costumed role-playing in venues apart from the stage. Any entity that lends itself to dramatic interpretation may be taken up as a subject. Favorite sources include anime, cartoons, comic books, manga, television series, and video games. Rutger Hauer
Rutger Oelsen Hauer (; 23 January 1944 – 19 July 2019) was a Dutch actor. In 1999, he was named by the Dutch public as the Best Dutch Actor of the Century. The Catania Metro ( it, Metropolitana di Catania) is a rapid transit system serving the coastal city of Catania, Sicily, in Southern Italy.
