''Ethayum Thangum Ithayam'' () is a 1962 Indian Tamil-language film directed by P. Neelakantan. The film stars S. S. Rajendran and C. R. Vijayakumari. Screenplay was written by C. N. Annadurai. Plot Singaravelar, a wealthy person, went for hunting. He met a jungle woman Sivakami and married her. He went back to his place assuring Sivakami that he would soon come back and take her with him. But he never returned. Sivakami gave birth to a male child. Sivakami's mother handed over the baby to another person. This man, Pakkiri, named the child as Madasamy. In the meantime, Singaravelar sent someone to fetch Sivakami, but he came and reported that Sivakami is dead. Singaravelar marries his elder sister's daughter. When Madasamy grew up, Pakkiri told him his life story. Madasamy started looking for his father to take vengeance. He had a pistol with him. Lakshman Sruthi - The Musical Consortium was founded by V. Raman & V. Lakshmanan in the year 2003. Lakshman Sruthi Orchestra The Lakshman Sruthi Orchestra is a Manual Orchestra founded by V. Lakshmanan in the name of Sruthi Innisai mazhai in 1987 with 10 students; since then, it has performed over 7,800 times in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and across the world. This orchestra maintains completely manual orchestration: it does not use synthesizers or any other electronic equipment. It was the first orchestra to carry out a 36-hour non-stop light music performance on 17–18 December 1994 at Kamarajar Arangam in Chennai, India. In doing so, it set a world record. Gopishantha (26 May 1937 – 10 October 2015), better known by her stage name Manorama, also called Aachi, was an Indian actress, playback singer and comedian who had appeared in more than 1000 films and 5000 stage performances and several television series predomninantely in the Tamil language until 2015. She was a recipient of the Kalaimamani award. In 2002, Government of India awarded Manorama the Padma Shri for her contribution to the arts. Considered to be the most popular Tamil lyricist of the 1950s, he is particularly remembered for the philosophy-tinged lyrics he penned for M. G. Ramachandran’s movies. Tiruchirapalli Srinivasan Rangarajan, professionally credited by his pseudonym Vaali (born 29 October 1931 – 18 July 2013) was an Indian poet who is the highest songs wrote lyricist in cinema and whose works were in Tamil, had a five-decade long association with the Tamil film industry, wrote over 15,000 songs.
