Estrella is a mixed-use master-planned community located in Goodyear, Arizona, in the United States. Goodyear (O'odham: ''Valin Thak'') is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. It is a suburb of Phoenix and at the 2020 census had a population of 95,294, up from 65,275 in 2010 and 18,911 in 2000. It was the third-fastest-growing city in Arizona between 1990 and 2000. Description On the highest peaks, temperatures are usually 8-12 degrees cooler than in the valley. Snow can be seen at least once or twice a year on the highest points of the mountain range (typically above 4,000 ft). American Continental Corporation was a Phoenix, Arizona-based p. 108. real estate company of the 1970s and 1980s. History The company was created in 1978 pp. 161–163. as a spin-off of American Financial Group, meant to do residential home construction.
