Estadio De Mazatlán
The Estadio de Mazatlán is a football stadium located in the city of Mazatlán, Sinaloa, Mexico. It was inaugurated in 2020 and has a capacity of approximately 25,000. The stadium is the home of Mazatlán F.C., which began Liga MX play in the Apertura 2020 tournament. History In 2017, construction work began on a football stadium in the city of Mazatlán as part of a project to build and modernize various sports venues in the state of Sinaloa. The goal was for a football team to occupy the stadium, though there was no club based in the city. In that same year, Pacific F.C. was founded, which belonged to the Faharo Group, owners of Murciélagos F.C. However, during its first tournaments of existence, the team had as its temporary headquarters the city of Los Mochis. Kraken
The kraken () is a legendary sea monster of enormous size said to appear off the coasts of Norway. Kraken, the subject of sailors' superstitions and mythos, was first described in the modern age at the turn of the 18th century, in a travelogue by Francesco Negri in 1700. Los Mochis
Los Mochis () is a coastal city in northern Sinaloa, Mexico. It serves as the municipal seat of the municipality of Ahome. As of the 2010 census, the population was 362,613, which was 61 percent of the municipality's population. Los Mochis is the western terminus of the Chihuahua-Pacific Railroad (El Chepe), which passes through the scenic Copper Canyon. This railway was originally conceived by Albert K. Owen and approved by President Porfirio Díaz as a trade route linking the cattle markets in Kansas City with the nearest port on the Pacific Ocean, Topolobampo. Raúl Alonso Jiménez Rodríguez (; born 5 May 1991) is a Mexican professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Wolverhampton Wanderers and the Mexico national team. Guatemala National Football Team
The Guatemala national football team ( es, Selección de fútbol de Guatemala) represents Guatemala in men's international football and is controlled by the ''Federación Nacional de Fútbol de Guatemala''. Founded in 1919, it has been affiliated to FIFA since 1946, and it is a member of CONCACAF. The 2020–21 Liga MX season (known as the Liga BBVA MX for sponsorship reasons) was the 74th professional season of the top-flight football league in Mexico. The season was divided into two championships—the Torneo Guardianes 2020 and the Torneo Guardianes 2021—each in an identical format and each contested by the same eighteen teams. Both the Apertura 2020 and Clausura 2021 tournaments were renamed "Torneo Guardianes 2020" and "Torneo Guardianes 2021" (stylized as Guard1anes) to honor healthcare workers in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic in Mexico. The Guardianes 2020 tournament began on 24 July 2020. Club Puebla, formerly Puebla F.C. is a Mexican professional Association football, football club based in the city of Puebla City, Puebla, competing in the Liga MX. The Estadio Teodoro Mariscal is a stadium in Mazatlán, Mexico. It is primarily used for baseball and serves as the home stadium for Venados de Mazatlán. and it is the stadium in which Mexico won its first home Caribbean Series championship. Mazatlán
Mazatlán () is a city in the Mexican state of Sinaloa. The city serves as the municipal seat for the surrounding ''municipio'', known as the Mazatlán Municipality. It is located at on the Pacific coast, across from the southernmost tip of the Baja California Peninsula. ''Mazatlán'' is a Nahuatl word meaning "place of deer". The city was founded in 1531 by an army of Spaniards and indigenous people. By the mid-19th century, a large group of immigrants arrived from Germany. Over time, Mazatlán developed into a commercial seaport, importing equipment for the nearby gold and silver mines. It served as the capital of Sinaloa from 1859 to 1873.
