Julio Saraceni
Julio Saraceni (October 10, 1912 – October 12, 1998) was a prolific Argentine film director whose career in the Cinema of Argentina as a movie director spanned six decades. He was an aviator as a young man, but later found a career in film, where he debuted as a director in a 1937 short film, ''Fórmula secreta'', in which he used his flying experience for the making of numerous scenes. He directed his first full-length title, Florencio Parravicini's comedy vehicle, ''Noches de carnaval'', later that year. Saraceni married a member of the crew, Argentina Mori, and with her made some 60 films between 1938 and 1986, such as ''María Celeste'' (1944), '' Alma de bohemio'' (1949), ''La barra de la esquina'' (1950), and ''La mejor del colegio'' (1953). Roberto Escalada born Aldo Roberto Leggero (4 July 1914 – 5 December 1986 in Buenos Aires) was an Argentine actor, an icon of the classic era of Argentine cinema. Roberto Escalada began his career working on the radio, and it was his voice that caught the attention of producers. On meeting him, film producers, pleased by his physical appearance, immediately put him in as a member of different movie casts. One of his more acclaimed films of the 1940s was ''Los Pulpos'' (''The Octopuses''), a film directed by Carlos Hugo Christensen. Eliane René Schianni Bidart was born April 3, 1924, in Buenos Aires. She began her studies at the age of ten at Teatro Infantil Labardén. Abel Santa Cruz (1915 – February 4, 1995, in Buenos Aires) was an Argentina, Argentine screenwriter who is credited for writing nearly 130 films spanning seven decades of Cinema of Argentina, Argentine cinema. Santa Cruz first wrote the script for a film, ''Un Señor mucamo'', in 1940 but it was not until ten years later in 1950 that his career had a breakthrough with his adaptation of the 1895 Oscar Wilde play, ''The Importance of Being Earnest'' in ''Al compás de tu mentira''.
