Jauch competed in the 2014 World Trampoline and Tumbling Championships at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach and won the women's double-mini gold medal. Erin retired from the sport in 2016. USTA and AAU career Jauch also competed at competitions for both the United States Tumbling and Trampoline Association and the Amateur Athletic Union for trampoline and tumbling. Jauch was a national team member in both organizations. At the age of 16, Jauch won the Joe Ferrell award at the AAU junior olympics. Crystal Lake, Illinois
Crystal Lake is a city in McHenry County in the U.S. state of Illinois. Named after a lake southwest of the city's downtown, Crystal Lake is 45 miles northwest of Chicago. The Trampoline and Tumbling Gymnastics World Championships are the world championships for trampoline gymnastics including Double mini trampoline and Tumbling (gymnastics). They were originally held annually from 1964–1968. The frequency was switched to biennially from 1970–1998. The admission of trampolining to the Olympic Games required a switch to holding the World Championship as a qualifier in the year before the Olympics from 1999. 2015 Trampoline World Championships
The 31st Trampoline Gymnastics World Championships was held at the Stadium Arena Fyn in Odense, Denmark, from November 25–28, 2015. This event was the first qualifying round for the 2016 Olympics which was held in Rio de Janeiro. The top 8 men and women automatically earned their nation quota places for the Olympics, subject to a maximum of two quota places per nation. A further 16 of each sex will get a second chance to earn a quota place at the Rio de Janeiro test event in April 2016 for a further five spots. This event was the first qualifying round for the 2012 Olympics which was held in London.
