Erik Brännström
Erik Brännström (born 2 September 1999) is a Swedish professional ice hockey defenceman for the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL). Brännström was selected 15th overall by the Vegas Golden Knights in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft, and was traded to Ottawa in 2019. Playing career Brännström played junior hockey with Swedish team HV71. In 2013–14, he debuted at the under-16 level, playing twenty-three games in the J16 SM. The following season Brännström moved on to HV71's J20 SuperElit. In 2015–16, Brännström made his Swedish Hockey League debut. He was drafted 15th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft by the Vegas Golden Knights and agreed to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Knights on 16 July 2017. He played the 2017–18 season with the HV71 organization. Eksjö
Eksjö is a locality and the seat of Eksjö Municipality in Jönköping County, Sweden, with 9,701 inhabitants in 2010. History The city of Eksjö most likely appeared sometime in the Middle Ages when it was the centre for the ''thing'', a regional council. It is first mentioned on April 22, 1345, under the name "Ekesiö" in an estate sale court protocol. It was given its charter in 1403 by the King Erik av Pommern. 2018–19 AHL Season
The 2018–19 AHL season was the 83rd season of the American Hockey League. The regular season began October 5, 2018 and ended April 15, 2019. The 2019 Calder Cup playoffs followed the conclusion of the regular season. League changes The league expanded by adding the Colorado Eagles to the Pacific Division and moved the two Texas-based teams to the Central Division from the Pacific. The Cleveland Monsters were moved from the Central to the North Division. Similar to the California and Arizona teams in the Pacific Division, Colorado plays 68 games in the regular season. This gave the Pacific Division a balanced schedule for the first time since its creation in 2015 and removed the necessity for playoff qualification based on points percentage. Damien Brunner (born March 9, 1986) is a Swiss professional ice hockey forward currently playing with EHC Biel of the National League (NL). The 2020 NHL Entry Draft was the 58th NHL Entry Draft, held from October 6–7, 2020.
