Eric Noi is a former Super Middleweight boxer from Moss Side, Manchester. Early life Eric's family roots can be traced to Ghana. He is the second youngest of nine children, whose father died when he was two, Eric worked his way through Queen Elizabeth School in Middleton, Greater Manchester, Middleton and his natural skills and ability at science and chemistry took him to University of Manchester, Manchester University. Boxing career He was part of the 1992 Olympic boxing squad. He represented England at amateur level all over Europe, fought for his country in the amateur world championships in Romania, where he reached the quarter finals. His first professional bout was on 05/02/1993 vs Tim Robinson which he won by way of TKO. MOBO
The MOBO Awards (Music of Black Origin, also known as the MOBOs) are an annual British music award presentation honouring achievements in " music of black origin", including hip hop, grime, UK Drill, R&B, soul, reggae, jazz, gospel, and African music. The MOBO Organisation was founded by Kanya King, and the first MOBO award was presented to Baby D, in the Best Dance Act category. Oldham
Oldham is a large town in Greater Manchester, England, amid the Pennines and between the rivers Irk and Medlock, southeast of Rochdale and northeast of Manchester. Langley, Greater Manchester
Langley is an suburb near Middleton, Greater Manchester, England, southwest of Rochdale and northeast of Manchester city centre. Langley is an overspill estate, created in the 1950s for Manchester City Council. Families moved into the new housing from the slum clearance areas of Manchester, the eventual population of about 25,000 doubling that of Middleton. All the street names are adopted from different areas of the Lake District.
