Anke A. Ehrhardt is a researcher in the field of sexual and gender development of children, adolescents, and adults. Her research has included a wide range of studies on determinants of sexual risk behavior among children, adolescents, heterosexual women and men, and the gay population, and on comprehensive approaches to preventing HIV and STD infection. Ehrhardt is the Founding Director of the HIV Center for Clinical and Behavioral Studies at the New York State Psychiatric Institute and Columbia University, where she has had a particular focus on research and advocacy for female-controlled methods of HIV prevention. Presently, Ehrhardt is the Vice Chair for Academic Affairs and a Professor of Medical Psychology in the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry at Columbia University. Paul Ehrhardt
Paul Ehrhardt (August 2, 1888 in Magdeburg – 1981 in Lippstadt) was a German painter. Life Born on August 2, 1888 in Magdeburg, he spent his early life in Berlin and Alvensleben/Magdeburg. In 1910/11 he went to Bremerhaven to learn the profession of a mechanic. During WWI he served at the Westfront, an experience which deeply impacted him. After the War in 1919, Paul Ehrhardt settled in the Westphalian city Osnabrück. He found employment in the Osnabrücker Kupfer- und Drahtwerk for about seven years. In this time he worked on that war experience with some charcoal drawings. Also rare at that time, he created interior views of the factory, and its workers. At that time he had contact with the Berliner painter and etcher Julius C. Turner (1881–1948) who is also known for his industrial interiors. Ehrhardt (typeface)
Ehrhardt is an old-style serif typeface released by the British branch of the Monotype Corporation in 1938. Ehrhardt is a modern adaptation of printing types of "stout Dutch character" from the Dutch Baroque tradition sold by the Ehrhardt foundry in Leipzig. These were cut by the Hungarian-Transylvanian pastor and punchcutter Miklós (Nicholas) Tótfalusi Kis while in Amsterdam in the period from 1680 to 1689. From 1937 to 1938, Monotype re-cut the type for modern-day usage, and it has become a popular book typeface. Ehrhardt has a slightly condensed design, giving it a strongly vertical, crisp appearance. Trevor Erhardt (born November 27, 1962) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. Erhardt is regarded as one of the crowd favorites in Frankfurt hockey. He played for both the Eintracht Frankfurt, as well as for ESC Frankfurt, and his jersey #27 has been retired in Frankfurt. In his time at Eintracht Frankfurt, where he played from the 1983–84 season, he was instrumental during the 1985–86 season in the rise to the 1st Bundesliga. In the 1988–89 season he remained in Germany and played with EC Bad Nauheim, before he joined the Austrian Hockey League's Kapfenberg EC for the 1989–90 season. Thomas Joseph Erhardt (13 March 1928 – 28 December 2019) was an American-born theatrical literary agent whose career in British theatre spanned over five decades. Early career Born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Erhardt started his professional working life in 1956, transcribing plays and musicals at New Dramatists Committee in New York. He went on to work as assistant to agent Lucy Kroll who represented clients including; Carl Sandburg, Norman Mailer and James Earl Jones. Ronald Peter Erhardt (February 27, 1931 – March 21, 2012) was an American football coach at both the collegiate and professional levels. From 1979 to 1981 he served as head coach of the National Football League's New England Patriots. Early life A native of Mandan, North Dakota, Erhardt graduated from Jamestown College in 1953, then spent the next two years serving in the military. After leaving the service, he was hired in 1956 as an assistant coach at Williston High School in Williston, North Dakota. Ron Erhardt (born October 23, 1929) is a politician from the U.S. state of Minnesota and former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. He represented District 49A, which included most of Edina in Hennepin County. Erhardt is a member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL) and was re-endorsed by the DFL for re-election in 2016. Until July 2008, Erhardt was a Republican and was endorsed by the Republican Party of Minnesota. For nine successive terms, he earned election victories, even when other Republicans did poorly. In 2006, he won with 59.5%. Dr. Laurence "Larry" Erhardt is a fictional character and one of the two original villains on the cult television show '' Mystery Science Theater 3000''. He was played by Josh "J. Elvis" Weinstein. Joel Benedict Erhardt (February 21, 1838 – September 8, 1909) was an American politician, civil servant, lawyer and businessman. He served as the police commissioner for the New York Police Department, U.S. Marshal for the Eastern District of New York, the Collector of the Port of New York and was the Republican candidate who ran against Hugh J.
