Epping Boys High School
Epping Boys High School is a government high school located at Marsfield, New South Wales, Australia, which was established in 1957. The current principal is Jessica Schadel. Achievements As well as high achievements in the creative and performing arts, the school has a strong sporting and academic record. The school has been placed on the Centre of Excellence program. On 15 April 2010 the school hosted a Community Cabinet meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd. In the 2016/17 cricket season, Epping Boys High School won both the Challenge Cup and Allan Davidson Shield, defeating Figtree High and Endeavour Sports High respectively. School style The school traditionally uses green and gold in its logo and student uniforms. Marsfield is a suburb in the Northern Sydney region of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Marsfield is located 16 kilometres north-west of the Sydney central business district in the local government area of the City of Ryde. Sam Justin Gallagher (born 5 May 1991) is an Australian footballer who last played as a central defender for Manly United. Club career Australia Gallagher was born in Sydney, New South Wales. A product of Epping Boys High School, Gallagher spent his junior career at Gladesville Spirit, the NSW Institute of Sport and Manly United FC before being signed for the Sydney FC National Youth League team. He was called into the senior Sydney FC team on 8 January 2010, as an injury replacement player for Matthew Jurman, who was ruled out for the rest of the season with an injury. On 19 March 2010, it was announced that Gallagher had signed a senior contract with the Central Coast Mariners starting from the 2010–11 season. Craig Shipley
Craig Barry Shipley (born 7 January 1963) is an Australian-born executive and former player in Major League Baseball. On 16 November 2012, he was appointed special assistant to Arizona Diamondbacks general manager Kevin Towers. Australia National Rugby Union Team
The Australia national rugby union team, nicknamed the Wallabies, is the representative national team in the sport of rugby union for the nation of Australia. The team first played at Sydney in 1899, winning their first test match against the touring British Isles team. Australia have competed in all nine Rugby World Cups, winning the final on two occasions and also finishing as runner-up twice. Australia beat England at Twickenham in the final of the 1991 Rugby World Cup and won again in 1999 at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff when their opponents in the final were France. Brett Papworth
Brett Papworth (born 5 November 1963 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia) played first grade rugby league for the Eastern Suburbs Roosters in the New South Wales Rugby League competition. Jack Newton
Jack Newton OAM (30 January 1950 – 14 April 2022) was an Australian professional golfer. He won the Buick-Goodwrench Open on the PGA Tour and won three times on the European Tour, including the British PGA Matchplay Championship in 1974. He won the Australia Open in 1979 and a number of other tournaments in Australia, New Zealand and Africa. Twice, he was a runner-up in major championships, losing the 1975 Open Championship, in a playoff against Tom Watson, and the 1980 Masters Tournament, where he finished four strokes behind the winner, Seve Ballesteros.
