Enrique José Sánchez León (born 16 July 1972) is a Mexican former professional boxer and the former World Boxing Association, WBA super bantamweight champion. Professional career In 1990, Sánchez won pro debut by stopping veteran Felipe Castillo in the fourth round. NABF Super Bantamweight Championship In March 1997 Enrique defeated United States, American Joe Manzano to win the North American Boxing Federation, NABF Super Bantamweight title in a twelve round fight. WBA Super Bantamweight Championship On February 8, 1998 Sánchez won the vacant World Boxing Association, WBA Super Bantamweight title by upsetting Puerto Rican, former World Boxing Organization world's champion Rafael del Valle (boxer), Rafael del Valle over twelve rounds. There were attempts by boxing promoters in the 1920s to establish this weight class, but few sanctioning organizations or state athletic commissions would recognize it. Marco Antonio Barrera Tapia (born January 17, 1974) is a Mexican former professional boxer who competed from 1989 to 2011. He held multiple world championships in three weight classes, including the WBO junior featherweight title twice between 1995 and 2001, the ''Ring'' magazine, the lineal and the WBC featherweight titles between 2001 and 2003, and the unified WBC and IBF super featherweight titles between 2004 and 2007. Robert Joseph Guerrero (born March 27, 1983) is an American professional boxer. He has held world championships in two weight classes, including the IBF featherweight title twice between 2006 and 2008, and the IBF junior lightweight title from 2009 to 2010.
