Enrico Battaglin
Enrico Battaglin (born 17 November 1989) is a professional road cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam . Career Born in Marostica, Italy, Battaglin was signed by Colnago at the age of 17 because they felt he had a lot of potential, but spent 4 years in the youth ranks before graduating to the main team. He made a major impact immediately after joining the professional ranks, winning the Coppa Sabatini as a stagiaire in 2011. In 2013 Battaglin won the fourth stage of the Giro d'Italia, a affair concluding with two climbs. He won the sprint of the main group ahead of fellow Italians Fabio Felline and Giovanni Visconti. He was named in the startlist for the 2016 Vuelta a España. 2018 Giro D'Italia
The 2018 Giro d'Italia was the 101st edition of the Giro d'Italia, one of cycling's Grand Tour (cycling), Grand Tour races. The race started in Jerusalem on 4 May, with a individual time trial followed by two additional stages within Israel. After a rest day, there were 18 further stages in Italy before the tour reached the finish in Rome on 27 May. The race was won by Team Sky's Chris Froome, the first British rider to win the race. 2016 Vuelta A España
The 2016 Vuelta a España was a three-week Grand Tour cycling stage race that took place in Spain between 20 August and 11 September 2016. The race was the 71st edition of the Vuelta a España and the final Grand Tour of the 2016 cycling season. The race included 21 stages, beginning with a team time trial that started in Ourense. The subsequent stages included 10 summit finishes. The race ended in Madrid. The overall winner was Nairo Quintana of team Movistar, with Chris Froome (Team Sky) second and Esteban Chaves ( Orica–BikeExchange) third.
