Enfidha–Hammamet International Airport is an airport in Enfidha, Tunisia, located about 40 kilometres (25 miles) southwest from the town of Hammamet. The airport is mostly used by European airlines bringing travellers to Tunisian holiday resorts. History Construction began in 2007 and the airport opened on 1 December 2009 with the first flight on 4 December 2009. The total building costs were given as 436 million euros.
