''En stilla flirt'' (A Quiet Flirt) is a Swedish romantic comedy film from 1934. It is the Swedish-language version of a twin production with the 1933 Norwegian-language version '' En stille flirt''. It is based on the novel ''Min knapphullsblomst'' (The Flower in My Buttonhole) by Edith Øberg. It was distributed by the company Svensk Filmindustri. The screenplay was written by Gösta Stevens and the film was directed by Gustaf Molander. It is 95 minutes long. The Norwegian actress Tutta Rolf played the female lead in both versions of the film. Gustaf Molander
Gustaf Harald August Molander (18 November 1888 – 19 June 1973) was a Swedish actor and film director. His parents were director Harald Molander, Sr. (1858–1900) and singer and actress Lydia Molander, ''née'' Wessler, and his brother was the director Olof Molander (1892–1966). He was the father of director and producer Harald Molander from his first marriage to actress Karin Molander and father to actor Jan Molander from his second marriage to Elsa Fahlberg (1892–1977). Gustaf Molander was born in Helsingfors (now Helsinki) in the Grand Duchy of Finland (in the Russian Empire), where his father was working at the Swedish Theatre. Gösta Stevens (1 February 1897 – 24 September 1964) was a Swedish screenwriter and film director. Biography Gösta Stevens began his career as a journalist, but soon began writing couplets for local revues. Stevens offered Karl-Ewert Christenson his services before a summer revue at Kristallsalongen in 1924. To this he wrote the couplet ''Kom som du ä''. Soon, Ernst Rolf took notice of the young writer and Steven wrote many numbers for him. He was also the author of many of Björn Hodell's and Kar de Mumma's revues. Stevens also wrote other lyrics.
