Emre Tetikel
Emre Tetikel (born 2 August 1985) is a Turkish cinema, television and theater actor, teacher and author. He is best known for his role as "Berk" in the film ''Ayakta Kal'' and "Şahin" in the TV series ''Karagül'' in Turkey. Early life Originally from Tekirdağ, he was born in 1985 in Tekirdağ and raised there. He graduated from Namik Kemal High School. He was interested in acting during his secondary school and high school education and took part in Tekirdağ City theater and amateur theater groups. Career Tetikel left Tekirdağ for university education and settled in Istanbul and graduated from Newport University of California with a distance education in English business administration. Tekirdağ
Tekirdağ (; see also its other names) is a city in Turkey. It is located on the north coast of the Sea of Marmara, in the region of East Thrace. In 2019 the city's population was 204,001. Tekirdağ town is a commercial centre with a harbour for agricultural products (the harbour is being expanded to accommodate a new rail link to the main freight line through Thrace). It is also home to Martas and the BOTAŞ Terminal, both of them important for trade activities in the Marmara Region. The town's best known product remains Tekirdağ rakı although it is also known for its cherries, celebrated with a festival every June. The proximity of the Greek and Bulgarian borders means that there are honorary consulates for both countries in Tekirdağ town. Ferries from Tekirdağ sail to the nearby Marmara Islands during the summer. Makbule Hande Özyener (born 12 January 1973), better known by her stage name Hande Yener, is a Turkish singer. Kanal D, also known as Channel D, is a nationwide television channel in Turkey and part of Demirören Group. It was founded by Ayhan Şahenk and Aydın Doğan in 1993. The network also runs an international channel, Euro D which is available online, and had the first high definition channel in Turkey, Kanal D HD. The text 'KANAL D' is not displayed in its Turkish broadcast.
