Emily Lima
Emily Alves da Cunha Lima (born 29 September 1980) is a Brazilian-born Portuguese football manager and former player. During her playing career, she operated as a midfielder for clubs in Brazil, Spain and Italy, and has represented Portugal internationally. In 2016, she became the first female manager to coach the Brazil women's national team. Club career Lima began her football career when she was 14 years old, on Saad Esporte Clube. In Brazil she also played as a midfielder for São Paulo FC from 1997 to 2000, Palestra de São Bernardo, Barra de Teresópolis (2001) and Veranópolis (2002). Lima had also played for the Brazilian national under-17 women's football team. In 2003 Lima moved to Spain, playing for the clubs Estudiantes de Huelva, Puebla de la Calzada, Prainsa de Zaragoza and L’Estartit. Santos Futebol Clube, commonly known as Santos or Sereias da Vila, is a Brazilian women's association football club, based in the city of Santos, São Paulo state, Brazil. The 2016 Torneio Internacional de Manaus de Futebol Feminino (also known as the 2016 International Tournament of Manaus) is the eighth edition of the Torneio Internacional de Futebol Feminino, an invitational women's football tournament held every December in Brazil. Previously held in the cities of Brasília, São Paulo and Natal, 2016 is the first year the tournament will be held in Manaus. The tournament will run from December 7–18, 2016. Vadão
Oswaldo Fumeiro Alvarez (21 August 1956 – 25 May 2020), more commonly known as Vadão, was a Brazilian football manager. Although he managed several Brazilian men's teams over the course of his managerial career, he was best known for being the head coach of the Brazil women's national football team on two occasions, from 2014 to 2016, and from 2017 to 2019. On 25 May 2020, Vadão died at the age of 63, with the cause of death being liver cancer. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
