HØJ Elite Men is a men's handball club based in Ølstykke and Jyllinge, Denmark. As of the 2023–24 season, the team competes men's Danish 1st Division. In the 2021–22 season, the team played in the promotion play-offs for the Danish Men's Handball League. However, they lost the final matches against TTH Holstebro. Handball (also known as team handball, European handball or Olympic handball) is a team sport in which two teams of seven players each (six outcourt players and a goalkeeper) pass a ball using their hands with the aim of throwing it into the goal of the other team.
