Emergency Act 19
''Emergency Act 19'' () is a satire, satirical List of South Korean films of 2002, 2002 South Korean film about a government act that prohibits popular music, passed in response to a number of musicians being elected to government elsewhere in the world. It is notable for the numerous K-pop stars that make appearances in the film. The film's English title is sometimes given as ''Emergency Measure 19'' or ''Emergency 19''. Kim Jang-hoon
Kim Jang-hoon (; born 14 August 1963) is a South Korean singer, known for his rock ballads. Early life and education Kim dropped out of school and worked as a DJ at cafes. In 1991, he released his debut album. Cho Dongik mainly wrote and arranged his music. That album included "On a sunny day", written by You Hee-yeol, "Always between you and I", written by Cho Dongik, "To the tomorrow", written by Cho Dongik. Brown Eyes (Korean: 브라운아이즈) was a South Korean singing duo that debuted in 2001. They are considered one of South Korea's most important R&B groups, given their immense commercial success. UN (also known as United N-generation) was a Korean musical group from South Korea under NH Media (then NH Planning). It consisted of two members: Choi Jung-won and Kim Jeong-hoon. They released 5 albums from 2000 to 2005. "For a Lifetime", a single from their first album, was their first significant hit. Information In 1999, the two members, who are both from the top universities in Korea, formed UN but it wasn't until June 2000 that they released their first album. Shinhwa () is a South Korean six-member boy band based in Seoul, composed of Eric Mun, Lee Min-woo, Kim Dong-wan, Shin Hye-sung, Jun Jin, and Andy Lee. NRG, acronym for New Radiancy Group (Hangul: 엔알지), was a South Korean pop music group. Koyote (), also known as KYT is a South Korean co-ed vocal group consisting of members Kim Jong-min, Shin Ji, and Bbaek Ga. The group, which is known for its signature dance and hip hop sound, debuted in 1998 with hit song "Genuine". Ahn Chil-hyun (born October 10, 1979), known professionally as Kangta (stylized sometimes in all caps and formerly as KangTa), is a South Korean singer, composer, songwriter, record producer, actor and radio personality. He is well known as a member of boy band H.O.T. Career 1996–2001: H.O.T. Kangta was discovered at Lotte World, a theme park, when he was only 13 years old. Lee Kyung-eun (born February 17, 1975), better known by her stage name Harisu (Hangul: 하리수; Hanja: 河莉秀), is a Korean pop singer, model, and actress. Born male, Harisu knew she wanted to present herself as a woman from early childhood, and underwent sex reassignment surgery in the 1990s.
