A diplomatic mission or foreign mission is a group of people from a state or organization present in another state to represent the sending state or organization officially in the receiving or host state. In practice, the phrase usually denotes an embassy, which is the main office of a country's diplomatic representatives to another country; it is usually, but not necessarily, based in the receiving state's capital city. Consulates, on the other hand, are smaller diplomatic missions that are normally located in major cities of the receiving state (but can be located in the capital, typically when the sending country has no embassy in the receiving state). North Cleveland Park
North Cleveland Park is a neighborhood in the Northwest quadrant of Washington, D.C. It is bounded by Albemarle Street NW to the north, Rodman and Quebec Streets NW to the south, Wisconsin and Nebraska Avenues NW to the west, and Connecticut Avenue to the east. It is served by the Van Ness–UDC station on the Washington Metro's Red Line, and is therefore — like the adjacent Forest Hills neighborhood — frequently referred to as Van Ness. Kuwait is a designated major non-NATO ally of the United States. As of 2013, there were 5,115 international students of Kuwaiti origin studying in the United States, representing 0.6% of all foreigners pursuing higher education in America.
